Dr. Kimberly Adams-Cortez is pleased to continue providing patient care through Total Wellness Family Medicine.
Most patient care is provided through telemedicine. When medically appropriate, in-person appointments are available by appointment at a professional medical office suite in Las Vegas.
Appointment details, including the location and arrival instructions for in-person visits will be provided when your appointment is confirmed.

If you do not receive the automatic response email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder, as some email providers may filter automated messages.
Patients may electronically complete and sign the authorization form through the secure portal without printing or mailing paperwork.
Patients may be asked to create a password or complete a brief verification step in order to securely access and submit the authorization form.
